How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want people who reach out to Interviewssort Walk-In Tubs to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring Up

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Interviewssort Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Interviewssort Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@interviewssort.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then review it, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our reply does not resolve the matter, answer it and ask for another review. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, the state contractor licensing board may be another option.
